Terms and Rates of La Casa del Parco guest rooms and apartments.

  • Length of stay: guests are free to decide how long they wish to stay (minimum one night) with no obligation to stay for long periods. 

  • Payment and deposit: a 30% deposit of the total cost of the accommodation is payable at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid when guests check in.

  • Fully Inclusive Rates: The rates include all charges and expenses: VAT, utilities, internet, bed linen and towels and use of the guest laundry room and the detergents provided. Rates vary according to the number of guests staying and the time of year. Feel free to ask for a quotation.
